CHS PTA Board Meetings are held on the first Monday night of each school month at 7 p.m. in the student services career center, unless otherwise noted. Any member of the CHS PTA is encouraged to attend and participate in any meeting. The meeting dates for the 2007-2008 school year are September 10, 2007; October 1, 2007; November 5, 2007; December 17, 2007; January 7, 2008; February 4, 2008; March 3, 2008; April 7, 2008; and May 5, 2008. A year-end board member meeting to be held in June will be announced in May.

Cary High School PTA General Meetings are held in September, February, and May. Additional meetings are held as required. These meetings are announced on our website and by publication in our e-bulletin. The September 2007 meeting was held in the new auditorium on Tuesday, September 11, 2007. The next general meeting will be held on Monday, February 11, 2008 in the new auditorium. The program will be the presentation of CHS PTA academic awards to sophomores, juniors, and seniors who have achieved a cumulative 3.5 or higher GPA. The program begins at 7 p.m. A special PTA meeting will be held at 7 p.m. immediatley preceeding the March 3rd board meeting. This special meeting is for the purpose of holding a vote on the bylaws. The final general meeting of the year in May has not yet been scheduled. Notification will be provided via e-bulletin as soon as a date is determined.
